A Y-strainer is used for filtering out large matter that may have made it into the rainwater tank. This could include leaves, sticks etc. A y-strainer is essential to protect the pump and controller. Fully plastic construction to ensure no contamination of water. Heavy duty construction.
Filter used for installation on the inlet side of a pump to protect the pump and associated equipment from foreign matter.
Filter comes complete with a 240µm cartridge. Inlet and outlet are 1″ female fittings with brass inserts for increased strength and service life.

Our Pump Cover includes a rigid plastic base. This base is to be used as the pump mounting base rather than using concrete or pavers. The pump cover fits neatly over the base for sun and rain proof protection.
The Aquatron is an Electronic Pump Controller. Electronic Pump Controllers allow the pump to start automatically when a tap is opened on the discharge of the pump and stop when the tap is closed. They also provide run-dry protection for the pump.
